We will make every attempt to care for our current clients in the event that they should have an emergency with their pet during normal office hours.  The Doctor on duty may feel it would be best for your pet to go to a 24 hr. emergency service.  Under those circumstances, she will speak to you personally and help you arrange for the best available care. 

If you are not our current client and we are not able to see your pet, we will refer you to an area emergency service.
