Hospital Policies


Appointment Policy

In order to serve you best, appointments are highly recommended. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. 

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, we ask that you call us ahead since this time has been specifically reserved for you and your pet.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. You are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered.  A written estimate can be provided upon request.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, cash and personal checks. 


Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 


Surgery Drop Off Policy

To prepare your pet for surgery, do not feed your pet after 8:00pm the night before surgery.  Please leave water available.  On the day of surgery, your pet should be dropped off at the hospital between 7:15am and 8:00am.
