Your pet's prescription must first be called in to Vet Centric by Raccoon Valley Animal Hospital.  This includes all medications and prescription food items.

If you have an email address, this will be your username. Be sure to provide your email address to Raccoon Valley Animal Hospital staff.

If you do not have internet access please call VetCentric at 866-vet-centric(838-2368) to process your order.

Go to www.vetcentric.com

Click on Prescription Pick up in the upper right corner of the screen.

Type in either your pet's rx number or your phone number and click find my Rx.

If you are a first time user, fill out the fields under first time user and click the new user button.

Choose a password and enter your information.

Click on Register.

Prescriptions will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Click on buy (next to the prescription you wish to order).

When you have finished buying all the prescriptions your pet needs, Click on Checkout.

Verify your billing info. Click on Next.

Verify your shipping info. Click on Next.

Select your preferred shipping method. Click on Next.

Enter your preferred payment. Click on Next.
