Wilma, RVT - Senior Technician Wilma is a 1990 graduate of Camden County College
with an Associates degree in Animal Science. She has been an
employee of Raccoon Valley Animal Hospital since May of 1990, and
is the head/senior veterinary technician on staff. She is a
Certified Veterinary Dental Technician as well as a member of the
American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. She is
also a member of the North American Veterinary Technicians
Association and is currently the President of the New Jersey
Technicians Association. Wilma was selected by the NJVTA as
Veterinary Technician of the Year for 1999. Wilma's interests include; being an avid Phillies
fan, spending time with her mom, fiance John, niece, nephews and
other family members. Other hobbies are reading, going to the
gym, and her animals. These animals include a Boxer
named "Gandalf" and 2 cats named "Jack"and "Sir
Prize". She also owns 2 turtles and numerous fish. |

Lynn, GVT, CVT - Technician Lynn is originally from Massachusetts.
She has always loved animals and decided to pursue a degree in the
veterinary field. In May of 1993, she graduated with an
Associates degree in Veterinary Technology from Mount Ida College
and then earned a Bachelors degree in Biology from Framingham State
College. Lynn is a Certified Veterinary Technician in
Massachusetts and a Graduate Veterinary Technician in New
Jersey. She has been working with animals since approximately
1990. She is also certified by the American Society of
Veterinary Dental Technicians. In 2001, Lynn and her husband moved to New
Jersey. Lynn has been employed as a full time surgery and
dental technician at Raccoon Valley since then.
Lynn enjoys time at home with their two Oriental Shorthair
cats; "Justin" and "Lexis". Lynn also has a new
daughter and two step-children. She is also the designer
of this web site. |

Rachel - Technician Rachel is a graduate of Camden County
College. She graduated with an Applied Science Degree
in 2001. She currently works at Raccoon Valley Animal
Hospital and Hidden View Dairy. Rachel has a black velvet cat named Onyx and four
frisky sheep named: Teddy Bear, Starlight, Spice and
Wanda. She also has two high spirited dogs named Mr. Bear
Bear and Miss Ashley Doodles. Rachel is involved in church, she enjoys
playing the flute, sports, sewing and a variety of other
activities. She hopes in the future to go back to school to
study music. |

Kellie - Technician Kellie has been employed at Raccoon Valley Animal
Hospital since 2001. She has been a veterinary technician for
over 11 years. Kellie recently graduated with honors from
Salem Community College's Licensed Practical Nurse program and is
currently working on her R.N. degree. She lives on a small
farm and has horses, goats, dogs, cats, guinea pigs and a pet
rat. |

Caroline - Technician Caroline graduated from Camden County College in
2002 from the Veterinary Technician program. At home she
has a dog named Goldilocks, one cat named Isabelle and another
cat named Ferrdinand. |
Michelle - Technician Michelle is a graduate of Camden County College's
Veterinary Technician program. She has worked at Raccoon
Valley Animal Hospital since January of 2000. Michelle enjoys
going to Continuing Education programs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with
her husband and their new daughter, her cats 'Mikey',
'Rockey', 'Rusty', 'Tiggers', 'Lucky', and 'Whiskey' and her dogs
'Chloe' and 'Dallas'. She also likes to ride and show her
horse 'Petie' and help train and show her friend's horse
'Crystal.' |
Margie - Technician Margie is a 1998 Magna Cum Laude graduate from
The University of Delaware's Animal Science program. She
joined Raccoon Valley in December 2004 after working at a 24 hour
emergency clinic for 5 years that specialized in surgical and
critical care and dentistry. She also has experience with
large animals, rodents, and primates. Margie has her own 'zoo' of animals at home and
breeds German Shorthaired Pointers. She keeps very busy caring
for her pets and her 2 young children with her husband.
She had been a client at Raccoon Valley for many years and now has
the pleasure to work with the wonderful staff!

Nicole - Veterinary Assistant Nicole has been a Veterinary Assistant at Raccoon
Valley Animal Hospital since June of 2002. She is currently
enrolled in the Animal Science program at Camden County
College. She lives at home with her mother and her two
younger sisters. Nicole loves to spend time with family and
friends, whether it is going to see a movie, going camping, or
doing nothing at all. Nicole spends a lot of time caring for her seven
family pets which include her two dogs: 'Lucy' and 'Sonji',
her South American Green Iguana 'Bubba' and her four cats 'Hazel',
'Samantha', 'Boomer' and 'Maya'. Nicole takes great pride in
caring for her pets. |

Carol - Veterinary Assistant Carol is a graduate of St. James High
School and has been employed at Raccoon Valley Animal Hospital as a
veterinary assistant since 1994. Her responsibilities include
assisting with exams, medical waste removal, state programs and
helping to maintain OSHA compliance. Along with her
responsibilities at work, Carol enjoys attending continuing
education courses on topics such as x-ray techniques, anesthetic
monitoring and pet behavior. When not busy at work, Carol
spends time at home with her son, her small mix breed dog and her
three cats. She also enjoys helping out her parents with
their small horse breeding farm. |
Rita - Veterinary Assistant Rita has been employed by Raccoon Valley Animal
Hospital since July of 2004. She is currently enrolled in the
Animal Science program at Camden County College. When not competing in Dressage with horse
'Nadja', she loves to spend time with her husband Cleo and 7
family pets; 3 dogs: 'Nikki' and 'Pumpkin' (shetland
sheepdogs), 'Abby' (german shepherd) and 4 kitties: 'Bleu',
'Tika', 'Missy' and 'Priscilla' (all himalayans!) |
Christa - Veterinary Assistant Christa grew up with animals and always wanted to
work with them. In May of 2006 she graduated from Camden
County College's Animal Science program. She has been
employed at Raccoon Valley Animal Hospital since November
2004. Taking care of her animals take up a lot of her
spare time. She has 2 dogs named 'Jessie' and 'Baby Girl', 3
cats named 'Cocoa', 'Pretty Kitty' and 'Styles', an iguana named
'Cleo', a guinea pig named 'Lucky', a blue crowned conure named
'Jade', 2 sugar gliders named 'Rocky' and 'Turbo', a frog named
'Bobo' and finally, a red tailed boa named 'Aja'. When she's
not busy with work or school, she also enjoys spending time with
her family and friends. |
