  • In Case of an Emergency


    Our office is open Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 3pm.  If your pet experiences an emergency during normal business hours, please call us immediately at 856-478-6500.

    We will make every attempt to care for our current clients in the event that they should have an emergency with their pet during normal office hours.  The doctor on duty may feel it would be best for your pet to go to an emergency service, as we cannot provide 24 hour care.  Under those circumstances, she will speak to you personally and help you arrange for the best available care.

    If you are not our current client and we are not able to see your pet, we will refer you to an area emergency service.

  • Hospital Policies


    Appointment Policy

    In order to serve you best, appointments are highly recommended. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

    If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, we ask that you call us ahead since this time has been specifically reserved for you and your pet.


    Payment Policy
    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. You are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered.  A written estimate can be provided upon request.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, Care Credit, Cash and Personal Checks with proper identification.


    Patient Arrival Policy
    For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

    All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.


    Surgery Drop Off Policy
    To prepare your pet for surgery, do not feed your pet after 8:00pm the night before surgery.  Please leave water available.  On the day of surgery, your pet should be dropped off at the hospital between 7:30am and 8:15 am.

    Directions from the North

    From Woodbury:
    1. Take Route 45 South from Woodbury to Mullica Hill.
    2. Go straight through the village of Mullica Hill.  At the end of town bear slightly  left
    3. onto Route 77.  We are 2.0 miles south on Route 77, on the left hand side of the road.
    Directions from Route 55 North or South
    1. Take exit 50B (Mullica Hill exit) and turn onto 322 West towards Mullica Hill.
    2. Go straight through the first light.  At the second light, take the second left onto
    3. Harrisonville Road (you will see a WaWa).  This is also Route 618, go to the first
    4. stop, turn left onto Route 77/Bridgeton Pike and then take a quick left into our driveway.

    Directions from the East
    From Elmer:
    1. Take Route 40 West to Pole Tavern Circle and take the second right in the circle.
    2. This is Route 77 North.  We are 6.6 miles north on the right hand side.

    Directions from the South
    From Woodstown:
    1. Take Route 45 North 8.1 miles to the first stop sign.  Turn right on Route 77.
    2. We are 2.0 miles south on Route 77 on the left hand side.
